Binding Machine has yellowed from being in the sun, but still works great (as you can see in the photos).

The GBC CombBind C95e Electric Comb Binding Machine is ideal for smaller offices. Equipped with a 15-sheet capacity one-touch electric punch the C95e is easy to use and eliminates the hassle associated with manual punching. The C95e has a built in comb opener and is designed for use with plastic combs up to 3/4" in diameter. This gives the Combbind C95e a binding capacity of approximately 170-sheets of 20lb paper. The GBC C95e also includes a convenient paper alignment guide. The GBC C95e even has a built in carrying handle for mobility.
