Description

This is in perfect working order and looks like it was hardly used even though the waste tray was full.
It's a very heavy unit that's not gonna move around easily while you're using it either, the newer ones seem to be a lot lighter and not meant for long term home or business use like these.

The EB-19 is a great choice for punching and binding both plastic comb and 19-ring double loop wire. The EB-19 punches holes for both plastic combs and 19 ring spiral-O wire. One side of the machine opens and closes the plastic combs and the other side of the machine closes the double loop wire. The EB-19 punches up to 6 sheets of paper at a time and binds plastic comb up to 5/8" (120 sheets of paper) and wire up to 1/2" (90 sheets of paper).
