Novar Portable Deterrent Alarm Model NP 120 S, Parts Only Non-Working

For your consideration is this Novar Portable Deterrent Alarm Model NP 120 S.
As can be seen this item is for parts only, it is non-working.
The light bar is missing, but the wires are still protruding and attached.
The top of the box, where the light bar was, has a substantial dent.
The rest of the case is in good structural condition, but does have some light rust.
There is no key.
I opened the back (last two photographs) just to document the interior and all parts are present and seem to be in good shape.
